Suvidhi Ventures Private Limited runs this website and is responsible for your data. Contact: privacy@chosenmark.com.

When you request a check or a plan: your name, work email, company website, an optional competitor, and which offer you chose.

Your browser's time zone, so we email you at a sensible local hour.

If you accept a proposal: your typed name, billing details, the time, your IP address and browser user agent, as a record of the agreement.

IP addresses are used briefly to block abuse and are not stored with your request. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

If you use the instant check: the website and category you enter. We send these to AI services to generate the answers; no personal data is needed.

If you are a client: onboarding answers, feedback scores and comments, and, only if you choose to give one, a testimonial with the exact permissions you ticked.

If you were referred, or referred someone: who referred whom, so we can thank you as promised.

If you allow analytics: pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, time on each section, device and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics; and session recordings and heatmaps collected by Microsoft Clarity. Text typed into form fields is masked and not recorded.

To deliver what you asked for: run your AI check, send your report and reply to your request.

To improve the website, using aggregated analytics.

After you request a check, we may send a few follow-up emails about it. Every one has an unsubscribe link. In the EEA and UK we send these only if you tick the box on the form.

Business outreach: we may email people in relevant roles at companies we think we can help, using contact details that are published or that the company makes available for business enquiries. We record where we found each address. Every such email says why you received it and lets you opt out with one reply; we then never contact you again. We do not cold email in Germany, and elsewhere in the EEA only where national law permits it. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and this section is our notice to you under Art. 14.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a newsletter without asking.

Visitors whose browser is set to a European time zone see analytics only after opting in. Everyone else can opt out at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer; opting out removes the analytics cookies.

No analytics run on proposal, agreement, onboarding, approval, invoice, feedback or unsubscribe pages.

Testimonials can be withdrawn at any time by email; we remove them from our website within 5 business days.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing privacy@chosenmark.com. We respond within 30 days.

Vercel (hosting and cookieless Web Analytics, subject to the same choice), Neon (database), Resend (email), our email provider for outreach mail, Cal.com (call booking), Stripe (card payments), Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity). For AI checks we send questions about your category, never personal data, to OpenAI, Perplexity and Google (Gemini). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Some are located outside India and the EEA.

Outreach contacts who never reply are deleted after 12 months, except the do-not-contact list. Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted automatically. If you become a client, invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years because Indian tax and company law require it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again. Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics and 13 months in Clarity, per their settings.
